All of our holsters are meticulously handcrafted by our in-house team of skilled craftsmen, all of whom bring specialized firearm and military experience to the table. FOMI Clip: Holster features a FOMI clip to hold the holster in place ensuring a smooth draw and comfortable carry.
Kydex Construction: Unlike leather and nylon holsters, our Kydex holsters maintain their shape, ensuring a consistently smooth and reliable holstering experience. Every holster undergoes rigorous testing, including a “jump test,” to guarantee solid retention without sacrificing a smooth draw.
Customized Retention: We prioritize pistol security with our unique design, trigger guard retention, and adjustable retention screw sets. Our holsters are tailored to provide optimal retention where it’s needed while reducing wear on the pistol’s ejection port.
Magazine Release Compatibility: We shape the holster material around the magazine release, allowing for easy administrative or tactical reloads while your firearm is holstered.
Sight Passage: A dedicated sight passage ensures your firearm’s sights won’t touch the holster material, promoting accuracy and reducing wear.
Sweat Guard: Our holsters come with a sweat guard that prevents your pistol from touching your body and vice versa. This not only prevents pinching but also guides your pistol smoothly into the holster.
No Break-In Required: Unlike leather holsters, our holsters require little to no break-in time.
Lifetime Warranty: We stand behind our product and offer a lifetime warranty. If you encounter any issues, simply return it to us, and we’ll make it right.
Terminology:
Kydex: A thermoplastic, acrylic-polyvinyl chloride composite, well known for its exceptional rigidity and shape retention properties.
We are proud to offer truly customizable holsters for over a decade. Over 95% of all our holsters are Made To Order (MTO) to exactly meet a shooter’s needs and specifications. However, as pistol loadouts and shooter preferences vary greatly, returns are not available on most orders. Holsters with light or laser attachments, optic cuts, or any and all other patterns other than black or black carbon fiber are NON REFUNDABLE / RETURNABLE as it is a custom built holster per your request.
Please ensure you select the correct firearm model, attachment(s), color, or any other specifications when placing your order. If a buyer places an order with incorrect specifications and does not proactively reach out to us before shipment, the incorrect item that was ordered will not be eligible for an exchange or refund.
In cases where a holster is received with a significant manufacturing defect or incorrect specifications on our part, an exchange process may be initiated by contacting us at support@gunnerscustomholsters.com and providing us with your order number.
Care Instructions
Taking care of your holster is straightforward.
We recommend cleaning the holster whenever you clean your firearm. While not required, we advise slightly lubricating the inside of your holster. You may use the same gun oil or lubrication on the holster that you use for your firearm.
Hardware components should be checked and tightened periodically. We do not apply Loctite to the hardware by default. However, we suggest using removable, medium-strength Loctite to ensure the hardware remains securely fastened.
Take care of your gear, and it will take care of you!
LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
All of our holsters come with a limited lifetime warranty. While normal age and wear cannot be covered under warranty. If your holster has defects in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace the holster.
Accidental damage or misuse falls outside of warranty coverage. This includes, for example, dropping the holster or running it over with a vehicle.
Our holsters are built for specific use cases. Any modifications or customizations made by the user, outside of retention adjustments, will void the warranty.
Broken clips, lost grommets, washers, and screw sets are not covered under the Lifetime Warranty. You may replace any lost or broken hardware here.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping when sending the holster back to us. We will cover the cost of shipping it back to you once the repair or replacement is complete.

I replaced the polymer clip with a DCC Monoblock spring steel clip and removed the rubber spacers to max the retention force. Nothing wrong with the FOMI clip, I just like to tinker. This holster makes my tiny Bodyguard 2.0 totally disappear under a t-shirt at 1:00 position, I’m 6’1” 185lbs.

This thing is unreal. I have had a lot of holsters over a lot of years and this is hands down my favorite ever. If you are on the fence about getting a claw, do it. I was hesitant but I actually love it. I’m 6’4 265ish and this works really well at 3 o’clock and 5 o’clock. Fit , finish and delivery exceeded expectations. I will definitely order from here again.
