Holster inquiries

Which holster is right for me?

Holster choice largely depends on the Shooter’s preferences and goals when carrying. 

 

Important factors to take into account are the following:

  • Desired carry postion
  • Frame of the handgun
  • Total size and weight of the handgun after lights/lasers and optics are incorporated.
Where are the holsters made?

All of our holsters are proudly manufactured right here in the United States, within the state of North Carolina.

Are the holsters vacuum pressed?

No, our holsters are not vacuum pressed. 

 

Vacuum Pressed molds are great for mass-produced holsters. However, it presents challenges for truly customizable holsters. 

How do I maintain my holster?

Maintenance on your holster is minimal and straightforward due to the durability of its Kydex construction. 

 

  • Clean and wipe down your holster with the same lubrication oil used for your firearm.
  • Check hardware components to ensure clips and adjustment screws are fastened to your preference.
I do not see my firearm or attachment listed.

Common Terminology

IWB: Inside the Waistband holster. Most common type of holster chosen for concealed carry and everyday use. 

 

OWB: Outside the Waistband holster. Great for heavier loadouts that incorporate sizeable lights or optics.

 

SOB: Small of the Back carry. A carry position often located between the 5 o’clock and 8 o’clock position. 

 

Cant: a slight tilt or slant that can be used to match a shooter’s draw. 

 

EDC: Everyday Carry

Order Status

How is my order processed?

All orders are reviewed by our team prior to manufacturing.

 

Once our review is completed, we will begin the holster process by molding and shaping the holster.

 

The holster is then refined and has all hardware attached. An inspection and retention check is completed to verify the quality of the holster and draw.

Has my order shipped?

You will receive a notification via email as soon as your order has been shipped.

 

Ensure that the email address provided during the ordering process is accurate, and check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see the notification in your inbox.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

You may edit your order when logged in by navigating to My Account and goings to your Orders tab. 

 

Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable

How do I track my order?

Please utilize the tracking number that was provided within the shipment notification email. 

 

Alternatively, you may also find your order’s tracking number within your Account Dashboard.

My order never arrived.

Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already.

 

If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered.

 

If your packages each show a status of “delivered”, please contact customer service for assistance.

My shipment is missing an item or parts.

If you are certain that an item or part is missing, please contact us  immediately.

 

Provide your order number and details about the missing items. Include clear photos of the received items and packaging. This visual documentation can assist our team in understanding the situation

My Account

How do I create an account?

You may create an account by clicking “Login” within the menu above.

You will be asked to provide your email and password to register your account. Once provided, we will send out a confirmation email with your Login ID. You may utilize this Username or your email address for future sign ins.

How do I access my account?

You may access an existing account by clicking “Login” within the menu above.

 

From here, enter your email and password. Once logged in, you will be redirected to your account dashboard.

 

To navigate to your dashboard at anytime, click “My Account” within the menu above.

How do I update my information?

You may update any of your account information by visiting your account dashboard after logging in. 

 

Important: Orders will utilize the account information we have on hand, at the time of the order being placed.

 

How do I reset my password?

To reset your password, navigate to “Login” via the menu.

 

From here, click “Lost your password?”. Provide your username or email to reset your password.

Is my information secure?

We take the security of your information as a top priority.

 

We do not share your information with any third party and we take numerous proactive measures to keep all data secure.

Shipping

Do you ship to my country?

If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.

What are my shipping options?

We offer both standard and expedited shipping options via USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Priority Mail, both include tracking. 

What is the return policy?

Returns

Gunner’s Custom Holsters is proud to offer truly customizable holsters. Over 99% of all orders are Made To Order (MTO) to exactly meet the shooter’s needs and specifications. However, as pistol loadouts and shooter preferences vary greatly, returns are not available on all orders. As such any and all other patterns other than black or black carbon fiber are NON REFUNDABLE / RETURNABLE as it is custom built per your request.

Returns are only accepted within 14 calendar days after delivery of the product. If your return is accepted, you may request an exchange or refund. If the product is returned after 14 calendar days, it is at our sole discretion to offer an exchange or store credit.

Please review the following guidelines to ensure your product is eligble for return:

  1. Items must be in “new, unaltered and unused condition”. Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is: without showing signs of wear or damage in any way.
  2. Within 14 calendar days of the delivery date (after 14 days returns are only allowed at our discretion)
  3. Unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 14 days noted in that item’s particular item description.
  4. If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a refund.
  5. All refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
  6. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.

 

There is a 20% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and not the sellers fault. We understand shooter’s change their minds in regards to gear they carry but it is a custom built holster. Ensure you have determined your handgun’s loadout and specifications exactly before ordering.
